SHELTER ISLAND BATH

This condo near the harbor with a small footprint required careful planning to maximize function and space. The tub was replaced with a shower and bench. To minimize moisture issues, every surface (including the ceiling) was tiled, and all lighting was integrated and recessed. The results were a modern, spa-like space that’s also masculine.
